That has been the creed of “The D Curtis Randle Show” since its inception on March 27, 2010. For fifteen fun filled & amazing seasons, that’s exactly what was presented by host and managing editor D. Curtis Randle, Sr. & his co-hosts and show contributors (Affectionately known as “The Praise Posse”); Lonnie Hunter (#GetItDone Mindset), Marcus Gentry (Mindful Moments with Marcus Gentry), Otis Mack(“Spiritual Vitamin), Pastor Rickie G. Rush (Straight Talk with Pastor Rickie Rush), Prophet Korey Mickie (The Halftime Praise Break), Nina Taylor (The Gospel Buzz), Dr. Tyra Ousley (Get Up & Take 5), Dee Jay Alicia, Al “Hot Mix” Holmes, DJ Rich Williams, Marc “DJ Funky O” Ousley (The Wake-Up Gospel Music Mix), Tanya T. The 240-minute program brings the best in gospel music from the greats in the genre, and interviews with the powerbrokers of the business. The show has components to capture the interest of almost everyone who loves gospel music, from the newest listener to the most discerning aficionado:
The show counts down the top 10 gospel singles of the week as charted by Billboard & Nielsen BDS in the “Gospel Countdown Rewind”. In our “Flashback Gospel” segment, we go into the vault to bring you timeless and classic hits from the archives. DJ Funky, Dee Jay Alicia, Al "Hot Mix" Holmes & DJ Rich Williams helps you to get your praise on with “The Wake-Up Gospel Music Mix”.
We inform by bringing you the gospel news of the week with Nina Taylor in “The Gospel Buzz”, as well as the issues of the day while participating in the lively art of conversation in “The Roundtable”. We also review the latest Sunday School Lesson from the International Sunday School & the Union Gospel Press, and Tanya T. Wells, who inspires us with her “Loving U 2 Life” segments.
In “The Independent Artist Spotlight”, we feature artists from across the country and around the world that are not on a major record label. This allows them opportunity to present their music to our audience for the glory of God.
Each program concludes with an inspirational message to carry you through the day, known as “The Final Thought”.

Hall Of Famer
On November 23, 2021, D. Curtis Randle, Sr. was inducted into the National Black Radio Hall of Fame, located on the campus of Harris - Stowe State University in St. Louis, MO; this organization established in 2010 to recognize and acknowledge the countless contributions of personalities and pioneers to African American Radio Nationally.
Curtis' picture and placke is located in the beautifully remodeled “Big Picture School”
and consists of:
A museum that showcases memorabilia, exhibits, and displays honoring personalities who developed and shaped
Black Radio Nationally.
"Delano Curtis Randle, Sr., is known on-air in Chicago as D. Curtis Randle. A member of the radio community for 25 years. His first radio job was with community radio station WSSD-FM in Chicago, IL in 1977, as a teenager in between his studies at South Shore H.S. After graduation, he interned at WCSU-FM on the campus of Central State University in Wilberforce, OH in 1978. He re-discovered his passion for the music in Dallas, TX working for KFCD-AM (2006-07) as the host of “The Rejoice 990 Morning Show”. After moving back home to Chicago, he became owner of OuterDrive Media (WKCR-DB, WLUL-DB, WARK-DB & WEIS-DB in Chicago, IL.) & became Host & Managing Editor of multiple award-winning “The D Curtis Randle Show” (2010 – current) which aired on WYCA-FM in Hammond, IN, Ultimate Praise Radio, Urban Broadcast Media, Future Vision Entertainment’s ClubSteppin.com and its current home RayNealMedia.com's DustieRadio1390:"The BEST Music Of Your Life in Chicago during his current 15-year run.
